Supertronics Engineers listen to you and design high performance solutions specifically for your application. We will consult with you and answer your questions so that we can accurately understand your intentions for your project. You will receive a general scope of work so that you will know exactly what you’re getting before you approve your quote.
Design Guarantee: The costs for any errors in the design that cause the Scope of Work to not be completed to the client’s satisfaction are covered by Supertronics Design Guarantee.
Non-Disclosure: Designs, Drawings, Scopes of Work, Project Plans, and Quotes are exclusive copyrighted properties of Supertronics and shall not be duplicated or otherwise distributed / made available for the purpose of RFPs, Requests for Proposals. On some projects, we require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement before submitting documents.
Installation:
The Supertronics Installation Team is: Professional, Conscientious, Prompt, Courteous, Clean, Drug Free, Well Trained, Experienced, Proficient, Craftsmen
Installation Guarantee: Our Installations are guaranteed for 90 days unless otherwise specified in the Scope of Work. Any changes made to our installation by anyone not authorized by Supertronics will not be covered by our Installation Guarantee. Supertronics is not responsible for changes or delays in the installation schedule due to factors out of our control such as, yet not exclusively; back ordered equipment or materials, hazardous weather, or situations out of our control.
